There and Back Again

A possible purchase. I'd really like a working one, so contemporary it is. Or more contemporary, I suppose.

An idea, anyhow. Still looking to see if anything seems better than that one.

Also, had Coast to Coast in my head (after returning from San Francisco, and having a delay and thus being flown to New York instead of straight from Georgia to Ohio), and came about this:

Hahahaha, little bouncy bumbo.

Trip was superb: pictures to come. Although, Okto had a blow to its shoulder at the end of the trip, so I doubt that film will come out at all. And dad and I have to fix the winding spool because it, along with the film itself, snapped. Ay yi yi. But praise the heavens, he's a professional with that stuff so he says he can fix it/have it fixed easily enough. Hot dog. The panoramic, fish eye, and of course, digital pictures should be just a-ok, though. Very excited.

Late 1980s...

Fred Penner's Place. I remember watching this when I was VERY little and loving it dearly. I couldn't name it for the longest time, but last night, I didn't give up and FINALLY found the title of it: SUCCESS.

Very calm and nature-loving. Loves.

"FAMOUS!"

-James Franco, in Whatever It Takes.

Hilarious 90s/early 2000s movie. A must-see. VERY underrated and greatly quirky and fun. Every time I wanted something to happen, something nuts, it DID.

And James Franco is in it. Sold.

Little Bit

Little bit of Edie Sedgwick in this one, I think. Adore this song and adore this video.

<=">

Also, her video for Possibility is mesmerizing.

East of Eden

I finally got around to viewing the dvd I had bought over a month ago, and it was something, all right. Strange, hilarious, wonderful shots, &etc.
James Dean is a hoot. The BEST kind of hoot.

And I absolutely adored Abra's dresses. If I could just have them...My favorite of hers, I think. There were others, but this one, lkasjdlaksd. I'm not sure why it has to be in black and white, but whatever. It's actually a pale pink, and very elegant...and the movie is in color, as well. Anyway, the dress had these subtle layers on the end of it and was longer and just fabulous. Fashion from 1800-1920, the bestest.

2011

These are the first two (and only two, as far as I can tell) pictures from the 2011 Jane Eyre with Alice as Jane. Soooo excited (!)
