This is a Spanish short by Rodrigo Blaas.
Apparently "Guillermo del Toro is set to godfather the development of a big screen feature adaptation of Alma with Rodrigo Blass directing for DreamWorks Animation."

I Stumbledupon Alma and 14 other "Amazing Animated Short Films" the other day.

I ended up watching most of them, and really liked this one, too:
